APPROACH TO THERAPY
Evidence-Based Care
We employ evidence-based practice with our clients, which involves the integration of best research evidence with clinical expertise, and client values and preferences to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.
We generally aim for treatment plans of about 3 to 12 sessions for most types of challenges. We know that psychological care is expensive, and it is important to stay focused and help our clients reduce distress and achieve success as quickly as possible. Of course, sometimes more sessions are needed and that can be accomodated.
